👨‍💻 As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager at C&A, I specialize in enhancing the user experience across our online platforms through user research and experimentation.

🎓 My academic career focused on computer science, entrepreneurship and innovation, including an internship at eBay, instilled a passion for optimizing digital products.

🧪 Understanding what drives, stops, and persuades users, paired with trustworthy online controlled experiments, is the key to sustainable growth for me.

🚀 In 2023, I co-founded Conversion Stash, the largest resource directory for CRO and experimentation practitioners (1k LinkedIn Company Page Followers | 350+ Substack Subscribers).
